"There Is Nothing More Powerful Than An Idea Whose Time Has Come"

Money and PHD's don't come up with great inventions. The most inspired and practical ideas come from one or two people trying to make a positive change, working from a shed or garage on a small budget.
Creating A Revolution In Health, Fitness And Relaxation
Hi, I’m Rob, a qualified Heartbeat Rhythm (Coherence) Coach. In 2012, with just my laptop computer, £200 worth of electronic Biofeedback measuring equipment, and my dedication and determination, I made a significant discovery. I discovered how to synchronise heartbeat and breathing and dramatically improve their rhythms. I called it The Self-Synchronisation Technique and it is incorporated into my invention The Synchroniser.
So, What Is A Synchroniser?
In a nutshell, it is a small electronic pulse reading device that fits on the end of a finger. It is called a Synchroniser mainly because it makes the breathing and the heartbeat synchronise with each other.
It has many benefits, so it could also be described as a…
Health and Fitness improver,
Elite Fitness Trainer
Meditation Machine
Stress Reliever/Relaxer
Breathing Exerciser
Heart Exerciser
Pulse/Blood Oxygen Level Reader
For completion of this project we will decide on a pulse oximeter design, similar to the ones depicted. They will be rebranded and reprogrammed at the manufacturers to function as a Synchroniser.
The Features
Besides it's main feature of synchronising breathing and heartbeat, The Synchroniser also;
Displays heart rhythm levels
Shows Beats Per Minute (BPM)
Blood Oxygen Levels (Spo2)
Has automatic shut off
Has Neat carrying case
Choice of colours
The Main Benefits
Many health experts explain how deep breathing is a powerful healing exercise because it….
- Decreases stress.
- Lowers heart rate.
- Lowers blood pressure.
- Exercises the lungs.
- Helps to oxygenate the blood.
- Improves the immune system.
- Reduces stress hormones.
- Helps the flow of both physical and mental energy.
Health experts are also now explaining the amazing benefits of Heart Coherence (orderly rhythm), because it…
- Makes the heart beat more efficiently.
- Improves blood circulation.
- Increases energy.
- Lowers stress.
- Enhances creativity.
- Reduces the risk of heart attack and strokes.
- Improves emotional intelligence.
- Improves physical health.
- Creates emotional resilience and improves mental health.
By encouraging the heart to beat rhythmically through deep breathing, all of these benefits can be attained simultaneously. And that is why The Synchroniser is so beneficial!

Measures And Improves Your Breathing Rhythm
If we don’t pay proper attention to our breathing it can become erratic and out of rhythm.
But we can use The Synchroniser to measure;
1, the start of each inbreath.
2, the end of each inbreath.
3, the start of each exhale.
4, the end of each exhale.
These measurements enable us to synchronise the breathing with the heartbeat.
Measures And Improves Your Heartbeat Rhythm
As with the breathing, if the heartbeat rhythm is ignored it will most likely become erratic.
But, using The Synchroniser we can hear when the heart beats and synchronise our breathing with it.
At the same time we can measure;
1, BPM Beats Per Minute,
2, the HRV, Heart Rate Variability,
3, the HC, Heart Coherence (rhythm) levels,
4, the RSA Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia response.
But these extra measurements are just an added bonus compared to the synchronisation effect.
Removes Inner Resistance (Stress)
Most people, don’t realise that their breathing and heartbeat rhythms are erratic and not in alignment with each other. It is a hidden issue that causes a subtle inner resistance (stress) that can negatively affect all of our other bodily functions. But, within just a few minutes of using The Synchroniser this inner stress can be rebalanced and turned into inner harmony.
Featuring A New, Improved, Measured Breathing Exercise
Many breathing exercises are timed using seconds. But, due to people’s different body sizes, metabolic rates and fitness and health levels etc., an exercise that is good for one person is not likely to be suitable for everyone.
So, what breathing timing method could we use instead, that would be suitable for everyone?
Average Heartbeat Speed
The average heartbeat is about 60 BPM. But, people with higher metabolisms may have a faster heartbeat rate. And those with slower metabolisms, a slower heartbeat rate.
Also, super fit people may have a slower resting heartbeat as low as 40 BPM. Whereas the less fit, stressed and/or unwell people may have a more racing pulse of 80 or 90 BPM.
It should be noted that, with a faster heartbeat speed there is naturally a faster breathing rate. And vice versa. Ummm….!
How The Self-Synchronisation Concept Was First Discovered
My Eureka Moment
One day, while using my biofeedback equipment to make improvements to my heartbeat rhythm, an interesting thought occurred to me. What would happen if I counted my heartbeats and breathed in time with them.
Obviously, breathing one breath per heartbeat would be much too fast. But, I could try counting more heartbeats per breath and see what happens.
So, I tested the idea and experimented with different counts, while watching a real time graph line reading.
I eventually discovered the perfect sequence. And after testing it repeatedly proved that it worked perfectly each time.
I Cracked The Coherence Code
After testing my newly discovered technique out on my clients over the next few years. I have not yet found one (without an underlying heart issue) who has failed to effectively improve their heartbeat and breathing rhythms while using it.
Heart Coherence Graphs Prove That It Works
Three Real Life Examples.
These videos are just a few examples of the hundreds of dramatic heartbeat rhythm improvements that I regularly see as a Professional Coach. Each of them use the same technique that is incorporated into The Synchroniser.
Time To Share My Discovery With The World
Thanks for reading so far! I am really excited to be able share with you the concept behind The Synchroniser. It has been my extensive and meticulously research spanning over more than 2 years that eventually led to this amazing discovery, that is the basis of how The Synchroniser works.
Be Aware Of Heartbeat Chaos
Usually an undetected issue that affects many people without them being aware, Heartbeat Chaos essentially is an over erratic and uncontrolled heartbeat rhythm. The Synchroniser is effective for quickly and efficiently correcting this issue, because it quickly and automatically trains the heart to beat more rhythmically.
Change Chaos Into Coherence
When my new clients first see their erratic heartbeat rhythms displayed on my computer screen, they are initially very concerned. But, I reassure them that most of my clients see very similar readings. Then, I tell them how to breathe in time with their heartbeat using The Self-Synchronisation Technique. They almost always show the same amazement at the instant transition that take place.
Making Self-Synchronisation Easier And More Accessible.
To make it easier for my clients, and as a way to bring the benefits of Heart Coherence Training to many more people, I eventually came up with the concept of The Synchroniser.
Being light, portable and inexpensive, I could appreciate it’s distinct advantages over other, more complex biofeedback devices. But, being very uncomplicated and intuitive to use puts it into a class of it’s own. Not least because it automatically encourages the user to reach maximum levels of arguably THE most significant (yet mostly ignored) metric of Heart Coherence.
Testimonials
Here Is What My Clients Have Said About The Self-Synchronisation Technique.
What a find. I feel so much calmer since I have learned The Self-Synchronisation Technique from Robin. My husband has really noticed how much more chilled out I am. I have tried Meditation, Mindfulness and Yoga in the past, but nothing has worked this well for me. I have told all my family and friends how wonderful it is. It is so easy to learn and I can practice any time any place. I even practised it in the dentists chair and it really did work.
Irene
I was very happy to hear about The Self-Synchronisation Technique because, as a practising Psychologist I already knew how important good breathing is for managing stress and emotional problems. However, in my consultation with Robin I learned a lot more about this than I knew before and I’m now firmly convinced that everyone should know about it. The technique is easy to practice, and although I haven’t yet been doing it for very long, I have already noticed feeling less stressed about work and everyday problems. I feel I am enjoying life more, maybe because I’m putting less energy into everyday worries and due to this I feel, well, more positive and contented with life.
Jane
As a practicing Holistic Therapist, I understand the importance of breathing, blood flow and heartbeat rhythm. This wonderful technique helps all 3 at the same time.

I had a session of Zero point Breathing (The Self-Synchronisation Technique) and heart rate variability with Robin, which I found exceptionally useful. I had used HRV before and never seemed to make any progression, but using Robin’s breathing technique the heart coherence was really high and better than I had ever seen it before. I was very, very pleased with this. I highly recommend Robin’s coaching sessions!

Caroline Errazuriz (Brazil)
Rob invited me to have a heart coherence training session so that he could demonstrate his heartbeat rhythm training technique. Initially I was sceptical that it would be of any benefit to me but soon realised that what he was saying made very good sense. He then hooked me up to biofeedback equipment and gave me a demonstration to show me first hand what my heartbeat rhythm was actually like. I could instantly see that my heart was beating erratically, but he reassured me that that was ok. Then, when he taught me how to breathe in time with my heartbeat, I could see the instant improvement that it made. The Self-Synchronisation Technique made my heartbeat and breathing much more rhythmic and this made me feel calm and super relaxed. This was great because I was feeling a bit anxious because of an interview I was about to do.
I would recommend anyone to try Rob’s Technique. It only take 10 minute and you will be surprised as I am how amazing this is to be able to influence your heartbeat rhythm. I have purchased the inexpensive Synchroniser training device and will use it regularly now that I understand the profound benefits of heart coherence training.

Test Your RSA
Self-Synchronisation uses our inbuilt, natural heartbeat pacemaker called Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia (RSA) response. This is the tendency for hearts to speed up on the inbreath and slow down on the outbreath. Test yours now by following the instructions below.
Being able to notice a speeding up and slowing down of your heartbeat speed as you breathe in and out is a sign of good health! Not being able to notice it is a sign of old age and dare I say it morbidity. The Synchroniser automatically exercises this response. It tones the Vagus Nerve and ……..
