To find the best ways to help them, I experimented a lot on ways to breathe in time with the heartbeat. Then, in 2012, using my Biofeedback equipment, I had a valuable insight and eureka moment!
What I discovered was a specific breathing sequence that allowed the heartbeat and breathing to harmonise and synchronise with each other to a perfectly maintainable rhythm. It utilises a 100% natural phenomenon called Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia RSA.
